The Turbo G-45 diaphragm kit is a standard-temperature, double diaphragm repair kit designed for use in 1.5″ pulse-jet dust collector valves utilizing a double diaphragm configuration. This kit is commonly used during routine maintenance and rebuilds of industrial pulse valves where worn diaphragms can reduce pulse efficiency and overall filtration performance.
Manufactured for durability and consistent sealing performance, the G-45 kit restores proper valve operation by replacing aging or damaged diaphragms that can lead to air leakage, weak pulsing, or uneven filter cleaning. It is intended for standard-temperature dust collection applications found in many industrial baghouse systems.
