The Turbo® G-20 diaphragm kit is a standard-temperature, single diaphragm repair kit designed for use in 3/4″ pulse-jet dust collector valves that utilize a single diaphragm configuration. This kit is commonly used during routine maintenance and valve rebuilds where diaphragm wear can cause air leakage, weak pulsing, or inconsistent filter cleaning.
Engineered for dependable sealing and consistent performance, the G-20 kit restores proper valve operation in dust collection systems operating under normal temperature conditions. It is intended for applications where a standard single-diaphragm design is specified and high-temperature or Shockwave configurations are not required.
