The Turbo® G-25 diaphragm kit is a standard-temperature, single diaphragm repair kit designed for use in 1″ pulse-jet dust collector valves utilizing a single diaphragm configuration. This kit is commonly used for routine maintenance and rebuilds where diaphragm wear can result in air leakage, weak pulsing, or inconsistent filter cleaning.
Designed for dependable sealing and repeatable valve performance, the G-25 kit restores proper operation in industrial dust collection systems operating under normal temperature conditions. It is intended for applications where a standard single-diaphragm design is specified and high-temperature or Shockwave configurations are not required.
The Turbo G-25 diaphragm kit is widely used as a service replacement for Goyen® 1″ single-diaphragm pulse valves and compatible aftermarket equivalents.
