The PB57522-UBL-H2-SB60 is a high-surface-area pleated bag filter designed to replace conventional bag and cage assemblies in bottom-latch style pulse-jet collectors. Manufactured with spunbond polyester (SB) media, this filter offers excellent resistance to abrasion and moisture, while being fully washable and reusable under proper cleaning protocols.

With a 5.75″ diameter and 22″ length, this model contains 60 pleats, expanding the available filter surface area to help reduce pressure drop and extend service intervals. The UBL (Urethane Bottom Latch) mounting style provides a secure, tool-free snap fit into compatible baghouse systems. The H2 standard-duty internal cage supports consistent performance during routine pulse cleaning.

This filter is ideal for operations handling dry, fibrous, or mildly sticky dusts found in grain, fertilizer, feed, plastics, and general industrial applications.
