The PB57523-UBL-H2-SB45 pleated bag filter is a rugged and washable alternative to standard filter bags and cages used in bottom-latch style pulse-jet dust collectors. Made with spunbond polyester (SB) media, it delivers excellent durability, abrasion resistance, and air-to-cloth performance in dry particulate applications such as grain, plastics, food, cement, and fertilizer.

With a 5.75″ diameter and 23″ length, and equipped with 45 pleats, this model provides a notable increase in filter surface area, improving collection efficiency and reducing system pressure drop. The UBL (Urethane Bottom Latch) design ensures secure, tool-free installation in compatible systems. Its H2 standard-duty galvanized core provides stability during pulse-cleaning cycles.
