PB57544-LBB-H3-SB25 Pleated Bag Filter – 5.75″ x 44″, SB Media, LBB, 25 Pleats

PB57544-LBB-H3-SB25 Pleated Bag Filter – 5.75″ x 44″, Spunbond Polyester, 25 Pleats, Lower Band Bottom (LBB), Heavy-Duty Core

The PB57544-LBB-H3-SB25 pleated bag filter offers a cost-effective solution for dust collection systems using band-mounted filter elements. With spunbond polyester (SB) media, this model provides excellent durability and resistance to moisture and abrasion in dry particulate environments like cement, feed processing, and general manufacturing.

Measuring 5.75″ in diameter and 44″ in length, this filter includes 25 pleats—suitable for systems where lower surface area is acceptable in exchange for longer service life and simple retrofits. The LBB mounting style uses a Lower Band Bottom (collar band) for mounting, common in OEM collector designs. The H3 galvanized steel core enhances pulse-cleaning performance and structural reliability.
