The PB57542-UBL-PP3-SBPTFE40 pleated bag filter is engineered for high-efficiency filtration and extended performance in demanding environments with fine, sticky, or hazardous dust. Constructed with spunbond polyester media laminated with PTFE membrane (SBPTFE), it delivers excellent dust release, chemical resistance, and filtration efficiency—ideal for pharmaceutical, food, powder coating, and metal processing industries.

This model features 40 pleats for a balance of surface area and flow, along with a UBL (Urethane Bottom Latch) for fast installation. The PP3 polypropylene end caps enhance chemical resistance, while the H3 heavy-duty galvanized cage supports stable performance in reverse pulse systems.
