The PB57563-UBL-H5-SBPTFE30 pleated bag filter is engineered for long-life, high-efficiency performance in chemically aggressive or moisture-prone dust collection environments. Manufactured with SBPTFE media—a spunbond polyester substrate laminated with a PTFE membrane—this filter offers excellent resistance to chemicals and moisture, while maintaining low pressure drop and exceptional dust release (MERV 13–15).

At 5.75″ diameter and an extra-long 63″ length, this filter includes 30 pleats, spaced for optimal pulse-cleaning and long-term performance in bottom-latch style pulse-jet collectors. The H5 galvanized steel core is rated for extra-heavy-duty applications, providing structural support across the full filter length. The UBL (Urethane Bottom Latch) mount enables fast, tool-free installation in compatible systems.
