The IAC 2011110 filter bag is built for safe, reliable performance in industrial dust collection systems. Made from 16 oz polyester felt (PE07) with a singed finish, this bag enhances filtration efficiency while minimizing fiber migration and improving dust cake release.
It features a 6.0″ outer diameter, 96.5″ length, and a 9.25″ flat wire ring, with an SBDI (Snap Band Double Internal) mount to fit 6.25″ top-load tubesheet holes. The bag includes an integrated SS4 stainless steel ground wire, offering static dissipation in environments with combustible dust or fine particulates.
