PB57523-UBL-PP2-SB60 Pleated Bag Filter – 5.75″ x 23″, SB Media, UBL, 60 Pleats

PB57523-UBL-PP2-SB60 Pleated Bag Filter – 5.75″ x 23″, Spunbond Polyester, 60 Pleats, Urethane Bottom Latch, Polypropylene Core

The PB57523-UBL-PP2-SB60 pleated bag filter is a durable, high-efficiency solution designed for bottom-latch style dust collectors where corrosion resistance and high airflow are critical. It is constructed with spunbond polyester (SB) media, offering excellent abrasion resistance, moisture tolerance, and reusability.

This model measures 5.75″ in diameter by 23″ in length and includes 60 pleats, providing expanded filter area and improved performance over traditional bag-and-cage systems. The UBL (Urethane Bottom Latch) design enables easy, secure installation. A key differentiator in this model is its PP2 (polypropylene) internal core, which resists corrosion and is suitable for non-metallic environments, including food, chemical, or coastal facilities where moisture or chemical vapors may degrade metal cages.
