The PB57543-UBL-H3-SB60 pleated bag filter is a high-capacity, long-life replacement for traditional filter bag and cage assemblies used in bottom-latch pulse-jet dust collectors. Constructed with abrasion- and moisture-resistant spunbond polyester (SB) media, this filter delivers excellent durability and filtration efficiency in demanding dry particulate environments such as cement, grain, fertilizer, plastics, and food processing.

With a 5.75″ diameter and extended 43″ length, this model’s 60-pleat design significantly increases filter surface area—improving dust capture and reducing pressure drop across the system. The urethane bottom latch (UBL) mount ensures secure, quick-change installation, while the H3 heavy-duty galvanized cage core withstands rigorous pulsing during cleaning cycles. Designed for longevity and ease of maintenance, this filter is washable and performs reliably up to 265°F (129°C).
