The PB57544-LBB-H3-SB45 pleated bag filter is a high-surface-area replacement for traditional bag-and-cage systems in dust collectors using banded mounting. Featuring spunbond polyester (SB) media, this filter provides excellent resistance to abrasion and moisture, making it ideal for dry particulate processes in cement, grain, fertilizer, and similar industries.

With a 5.75″ diameter and 44″ length, this model includes 45 pleats—significantly increasing filtration surface area compared to standard bags. The LBB (Lower Band Bottom) mount is designed for compatibility with banded-style housings, while the H3 heavy-duty galvanized core adds structural support during pulsing.

This filter is fully washable and reusable, designed to improve dust capture, reduce emissions, and minimize pressure drop over time.
