The PB57544-LBB-PP3-SBPTFE60 pleated bag filter is engineered for high-efficiency performance in harsh and chemically aggressive environments. Constructed with spunbond polyester media laminated with a PTFE membrane (SBPTFE), it offers excellent dust release properties, superior chemical resistance, and high filtration efficiency—making it ideal for food processing, chemical plants, and pharmaceutical production.
This model features a 5.75″ diameter and 44″ length with 60 pleats to maximize surface area and reduce pressure drop. The LBB mounting style accommodates collar band installations commonly used in OEM collectors. Unlike standard galvanized cages, this model includes a PP3 (polypropylene) internal support core, offering additional corrosion resistance for chemical applications or environments with moisture exposure.
