The PB57551-UBL-H4-SBPTFE45 pleated bag filter is optimized for performance in highly demanding dust collection environments. Manufactured with SBPTFE media—a spunbond polyester base with an advanced PTFE membrane—this filter offers superior chemical resistance, excellent dust release, and high filtration efficiency (MERV 13–15). It is ideal for use in food processing, pharmaceutical manufacturing, chemical production, and any application involving fine or sticky particulate.

With a 5.75″ diameter and extended 51″ length, this filter features 45 pleats to enhance air-to-cloth ratio and lower system pressure drop. The UBL (Urethane Bottom Latch) ensures easy installation into compatible pulse-jet collectors, while the H4 heavy-duty galvanized steel core delivers structural integrity during pulse-cleaning operations.
