The Turbo® FP65 pulse valve is a large-format double diaphragm pulse valve designed for pulse-jet dust collection systems requiring high airflow and simplified installation. With a 2.5″ threaded inlet and outlet, the FP65 delivers powerful, fast-acting pulses suitable for large baghouse and high-capacity filtration systems operating under standard temperature conditions.
Unlike remote-piloted valves, the FP65 features an integral pilot, with the solenoid mounted directly on the valve body. This integrated design reduces external tubing, minimizes leak points, and simplifies installation and maintenance. The double diaphragm construction provides enhanced sealing performance and extended service life in applications with frequent pulsing cycles.
