The Turbo® PD40SB bulkhead fitting is a double bulkhead-style fitting designed to provide a secure, sealed pipe-threaded pass-through connection in pulse-jet dust collection systems. With a 1.5″ nominal pipe size, the PD40SB is commonly used to route compressed air or pilot air through collector walls, plenums, or manifolds in medium to large industrial dust collectors.
Its double bulkhead configuration ensures stability and sealing integrity on both sides of the mounting surface, making it well-suited for industrial environments subject to vibration and repeated pulsing. Designed for standard temperature service, the PD40SB integrates cleanly with large-format pulse valves and air distribution hardware used in baghouse and cartridge collector systems.
