The Turbo® DPV40 pulse valve is a high-temperature double diaphragm pulse valve designed for pulse-jet dust collection systems that utilize compression-style inlet and outlet connections. With a 1.5″ nominal size, the DPV40 delivers fast, high-volume air pulses required for effective filter cleaning in demanding industrial environments.
The DPV40 features an integral pilot, with the solenoid mounted directly on the valve body, eliminating external pilot tubing and simplifying installation and maintenance. Its double diaphragm construction, combined with high-temperature-rated materials, provides reliable sealing performance and extended service life in applications subject to heat and frequent pulsing cycles.
